Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Reservations Executive. The Reservations Executive will be responsible for managing reservations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. The role is based in Pune, with flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and achieve customer satisfaction
• Experience in reservations, sales, and customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of inquiries and reservations
• Proficiency with reservation and customer service software
• Fluency in English and Hindi, additional languages are a plus
• Customer service or travel-related certification or training is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field is a plus
